It is hot and humid here in Vero Beach now that July has begun. The day time temperatures are reaching in the low 90's but the heat index makes it feels like 101. The sun is just georgeous though, and the breezes from the ocean keep things nicely warm.

The real estate market is a little quieter than in the past couple of weeks, but there are still buyers and investors here in Vero Beach looking to snap up the remaining bargains and deals.
