Whew! This has been a busy 3 days. Friday I received two offers on a home in one of my prime comunities and one of them was a full-price offer! You can image how my Selelrs felt -- they were thrilled. Moreover, so was the Buyer when their offier was accepted. The Buyers had been renting in the community waiting for the right home and when it came up they were ready to commit. Everyone is happy with this deal.

Then the Sellers needed a place to lease for the next year or two while they custom build a home on a lot they purchased about a months ago, yes, through me. So I found them a larger home in the same community and they are signing a lease which will begin in the next month.

When I got back to my home/office Ihad another offer on a little short sale home that this nice lady whoneeds to unload -- and not a moment too soon either. So now we are scurrying around to get all of that paperwork in line to be transmitted to her lender on Monday.

Them on Saturday I received another two calls from two new clients who want to lease their homes in one of my favorite communities -- so that paperwork had to be prepared sent and signed off and one of the homes is probably leased already to someone who called me this morning and will be by to take a quick look.

Last night I got a message from another agent that a short sale offer had been approved and will close on 9/1 -- my Buyer client is very happy, and there is a small flurry of activity that will occur within the next 10 days associated with this deal too.

I have two open houses today and two appointments after that -- and somewhere in there yesterday I had to run down to the community that I manage to walk through and check up and talk to a few folks.

Some days I simply love Real estate -- these past three days included....
